It's an Austin Ten but which model of body? There is no way to see the number of windows, or whether the car has a square or D shaped split rear windscreen. |

I think it's another Lichfield. IIRC the first Ten to have a two-piece rear window was the Cambridge of 1937, which was much less perpendicular. The only six-light saloon before that was the Sherborne, and I think the rear side window would be visible. |
