The German issue for Switzerland was unique - the whole text without the letter "ß" For Belgium VW had brochures in both languages, French and Dutch. I cannot say, if there were differences in the text, compared to the versions for France and the Netherlands, but the two "made for B"-versions had indeed different printing-numbers.
