On dirait un Humber 1954 = à vérifier |

It is a Humber with the then new Raymond Loewy styling. Models include the Hawk Mk.III (1948-50), Mk.IV (1950-52), Mk.V (1952-54), Mk.VI (1954-57) and the six cylinder version Super Snipe Mk.IV (1952-57). The rear wing is a bit more angular from 1952 on, which means that this vehicle is most likely a Hawk Mk.III or Mk.IV. -- Last edit: 2006-10-31 11:36:21 |

Chrome stoneguard on rear wing and bumper wrapround should mean Mk.V or later. Agreed that wing profile changed for 1952 Mk.V, but after checking several pictures I don't think the difference would be visible from this angle. |

... however see a similar uncertainty about the added chrome on another Hawk listed as Mk.V but with some possible Mk.IV elements. |
