In the rear view, we can see it's a "Trio S" trim, which was only offered after the 1997 facelift. Looks like it is actually a 1998 Festiva [WF], with an old front end put on it (and old rear bumper). In the rear view, we can see it's a "Trio S" trim, which was only offered after the 1997 facelift. It's also got the facelift tail lights:
