It would be nice if the photos on this site were clear enough to distinguish features. All Big Healeys had the "lateral chrome", if by that is meant what is usually called the "fender spears". The car is at least a Mark II BJ7, possibly even a Mark III Phase 1 BJ8 (doorhandle shape). The convertible top looks like a BJ7 or BJ8.
