Kowloon Motor Bus Daimler CVG6LX/34 Metal Sections ?

http://www.orientalmodelbuses.co.uk/daimler/38001.htm

Bus would appear to be in original condition with rear staircase.

The main issue is the driving room of the bus. That's the style of AEC Regent V.
Here is for reference: /vehicle_309738-AEC-Regent-V.html

I cannot see it well enough to form an opinion, I had based my Daimler offer on the rear staircase position, all the AEC buses I have seen in pictures have the twin staircase. If you are happy that it's an AEC, I cannot argue against it.

I think you use the UK versions to identify. However, Hong Kong version is different with UK ones, in some parts.

I have a photo of AEC Regent V. You can see:

And, there's also a photo of CVG6LX/34:

No, I used KMB pictures exclusively, no point in looking at a British bus as the coachbuilder has a great effect upon the appearance of the finished article. Although built on Metal Sections frames, these buses look quite different from British versions.

From the photos I provided, we can say it's AEC Regent V.

For Daimler CVG6LX/34, when they were imported by KMB, the staircase was set at the front part of the bus.
But for the bus in this movie, the staircase is at the rear part of the bus.
Also see the last window of upper part. That window is seperated with the other windows of the upper part: All Daimler CVG6LX/34 of KMB are like this.
