Not that locomotive, it's a Southern Railway machine, so it would probably have been made at Eastleigh in Southampton, or just possibly Woolwich Arsenal where a few locomotives were built to alleviate unemployment. -- Last edit: 2013-12-19 23:20:28 |

Definitely Eastleigh: it's a Schools class 4-4-0 - nameplate just visible above the fore driver. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SR_V_Schools_class if anyone's interested. |
