Yes. Why 1965+ ? I think it just had got some extra chrome... I'd list this as a 1962+. |

The additional chrome strips at rear were introduced in late 1965 (as of 1966 MY) to distinguish the newer 200, 200 D and 230 from the older 190 and 190 D. |
