 It laks anyway the Eldo side trim.

 1960 Eldorado Biarritz sold new in Sydney to a Mr. Hamilton. Right-hand-drive conversion done in USA when car was new. Car still exists in a private collection in Queensland. The Eldorado upper side trim is there if you blow-up this image - 2 x 5/16" (8mm) thin chrome trims you can just see them. Wheels look like 1963/64 Riviera wire wheel covers?
