 Looks wide arches and sculpted (10") wheels, so something based on 1275 GT more than plain Clubman. 1971+ Morris Mini Clubman GT is the earliest possibility, followed by 1973 Leyland Mini S, 1976 Leyland Mini SS and 1978 Leyland Mini LS (but only the 998cc version as LS 1275 had 12" wheels).
