The bus he's riding looks like New Britain Transportation #10, a 1953 GMC TDH3714. Outside chance it's Public Service Coordinated Transport of New Jersey #F213, a 1952 GMC TDM3612 repainted to be a replica of #10, but I'm not sure that one has the number 10 on the inside. The bus seen out the window of #10 is a 1958 GMC TDH5106. It's painted as Fifth Avenue Coach Co. #2612, but was originally Bee-Line (Rockville Centre, NY) #611. The five buses in the background when Llewyn Davis is walking appear to be movie-magic copies of these two. From left to right, it's 10, 2612, 10, 10, 2612. Even though this scene is set in Chicago, it was filmed in this parking lot in New York - http://goo.gl/maps/gW0FR |
