I don't think that was supposed to be the brand name of the truck itself; Frankie just said that "Cyclops" was the brand of diesel drivetrain and engine that it uses (obviously, still fictional). Character confirms its the same truck It also appears (briefly) in Episode 2.06 - that entire episode appears to have been filmed in the exact same steel mill/scrap yard and along the nearby highway that was used for filming in other episodes (including 2.16).
