3SNA496 is a '85 Jeep XJ says www.bar.ca.gov. An XJ is a '84-'01 Cherokee. Which this is not. Could this be a '85 CJ7? Also the smog test was halted after evidence of tampering of the Jeep's smog equipment was found.  -- Last edit: 2014-02-05 02:11:10 |

This is a 1981 or later CJ7. It has the wider track axles and three point seat belts for that period. Round headlights, square cut doors, and round top rear fenders of the CJ7. |
