Some of these have a V in the design of the air intakes (or whatever it is) on the same level as the head lamps. This one has Link to "en.wikipedia.org" but this one hasn't Link to "www.classicandperformancecar.com" . Why? Because of the V8? |

As far as I know all DR450 (864 made 1961-68) did have the V logo; your 2nd link is an ordinary Majestic (short wheelbase). These were V8 4.5 litre for Limo and Majestic Major [DQ450] and both had the V logos, unlike the poverty Majestic [DF316/317/318/319] which had only a 3.6 litre 6 cyl. |

The original "DF" Majestics were 3,781c.c., and not 3.6l. |
