I believe this is a 1958-61 Volvo PV 544 B16. I believe you're right that this is a PV 544 and not a PV 444 as it seems to have a non split wind screen. Otherwise it's very difficult to tell the both models apart, from this angle as they both have the same "fork" emblem between the front wing and the bonnet and also the same hub caps (with wheel embellishers). The differences are mostly (apart from the wind screen) in the grill and the rear lights as well as the engine. Also another thing that makes me lean towards the 544 is the olive green paint which was a colour available around 1960. I know that as I at one time almost bought a prestine 1960 Volvo Amazon B16 with that colour.
