It is a hearse based on the Fiat 2300 Speciale (1961-63). |

Sure was a Fissore(of Turin)hearse body(on a book of Fissore story shown some top-roofed wagon ambulances batches sold at Egypt,shown into body works plant's patio,and they shown all the same grille of Fiat 2300 Berlina Speciale and are almost similar for roof shape--but they had 5-doors,not 3 like the hearse,resembling a something like...a high-roof Fiat 2300 Speciale Familiare Ambulance) |

I guess it is a grill of the company who made the conversion, it is actually different than in all "Speciales". |

This is convincing, even though Fissore still seems possible as well. |
