This car is not an Austin 10, it's far too big for 1125cc and 21bhp to drag around. It's a 1935 to 1937 Sixteen (2249cc) or 18 (2511cc) but what may have confused things is that the "Austin Six" script off the radiator grille is missing. The Austin Sixteen shown in Wikipedia has the previous chrome plated radiator surround but if you look at the body work from the scuttle back to the b-post you will see that it is identical to the above. The Ten Cambridge was not introduced until 1937 with steel perforated wheels six lights and a split rear window. Earlier Tens were the Lichfield (four light) or the Sherborne (Six light).
