 These indicators repeaters were used since around 1984 (not confirmed if in all versions exactly since this year!), so time when the LO/LD 3001 and 3002 were introduced. It is a B21 bus on the Fr 2M chassis.
I believe the body of the linked bus isn't entirely original.
