I'd say this is a Volvo B10M with a Volgren body http://www.busaustralia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=27082 (last picture). Also link here http://www.busaustralia.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=38828&start=0 (7th picture from top).
