Where was the chase down the hill filmed, where the cars kept jumping the bumps?

Is the precise year of this car known from another source?
Visually, the '86 and '87's were identical from the outside, to my knowledge.
(Normally we used the first year of a known span.)

I doubt it. Let's default to 1986.

In the film, Bruce Willis' character said that whoever was driving the car was driving it like a cop would in a high speed pursuit situation.

This car is tough as nails judging by the damages it received in the chase.

I noticed it has a 140 MPH speedometer so that would make it an ex-cop car right?

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's correct. The other give away is the "Certified Calibration" marking on the speedo.

This was either a really smart hint the makers of the movie added to the movie or it was just an amazing coincidence

More likely they just used retired cop cars redressed as normal commercial models because they're cheap and have go-fast parts.

I just saw the location that was found online. It's Center St. Duquesne, PA. There's a side street sign that's visible in the movie halfway down the hill however it's too generic of a name to appear in a search, which made finding it difficult.

From Street View the white house was torn down sometime after 2013.
