No. That's alot older than a 1991. It's not even a Ram. The Ram name came out in 1981. This is a 1973-1980 Dodge D-series. Note the quad lights. No Ram had these. The 1981-1993 Ram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Ram-pickup.jpg) doesn't have it. |

need to find the year they went from round headlights to the quad. 73's had round. i found a 79 that had quad (so i removed the year). |

I think it actually depended on the trim level. Like the Chevy Silverado of the 80's versus the lesser trim levels of that era. |

That has to be a Power Wagon, it looks to be 4x4. 1980 Dodge Power Wagon 150 |

that is 1980 dodge power wagon W-150, with the macho package. look at the stripes on the hood. the way to tell the difference between a 79 and 80 is that the 80's had the middle of the grills paited black. |

some of you are close. it is a 79 Macho Powerwagon. originally it was a yellow/orange kinda color. 79 and 80 the four headlight grill was an option. all macho trucks had the grills paint black in the middle. and yes i built that truck so i think i know what is is..... ![]() |

Fixed for you. 4WD were indeed called Power Wagons. Added Macho to the name as we do this for special models; examples are SS, SST, R/T, SRT, PPV, SSV, and more. Makes it easier to locate. Plus here are the 1979/1980 brochures and they are listed as Power Wagons. 1979: Link to "www.ebay.com" 1980: Link to "paintref.com" There was no W-100 for 1979-1980 by the brochures. |
