It took me a while but I think I've found it. The livery is from Kanto Bus, which led me, via a Google search, to this blog : http://blog.goo.ne.jp/totakarapid/e/d122e3fd8ea274ae1389b4c82daea074 It's a Nissan Diesel UA, with a Nishi-Nippon Kogyo 96MC body.
