Plate returns: 1985 Not called "Ranger" in Australia. These fire trucks were either FF or GT models (FF = 4x2, GT = 4x4), but on this one we can clearly see the "GT" badge on the right side above the grille. The increased height (ground clearance) also gives it away as a GT.
