I think it's a Silver Cloud based hearse. What indicates it to be a 1962 exactly?

I know the car. Originally four were built by Duffy of Dundalk for the Dublin funeral home Stafford. One they used in later years as a parts donor to keep the other three running. The empty shell of that one was banger raced by myself at the 2000 (Millenium) Euro Weekend at Rosegreen Raceway in co. Tipperary and was arguably the only racecar in history to be sponsored by a funeral home :) One they keep in pristine condition for speciality funerals. Two were sold to England in about 1997 (Date of liability?) and I believe this is one of them. I'm sure we can trace it exactly via the Classic Hearse Register. Only two other Silver Clouds were ever converted into hearses by Duffy, but that was done in the late 80s.

The export marker is "export", so I suppose it's gone to the US.

Where does this scene take place in the story (not where it's shot but where it's supposed to be)?

As junkman wrote (besides the gruesome story of him having raced one of these... ), the coachwork is supposed to be done by Duffy Coachbodies of Dundalk/ Ireland. I don´t know, because I can´t see enough of the car, but this is well possible.

Edit: OK, I just became aware of the fact the filming was done in USA. Furthermore I became aware of the fact that we already know this hearse on IMCDb: /vehicle.php?id=5983

This is indeed a Duffy body.
