It's a "Spritz Polecat" manufactured by Stoker Incorporated. Branches in New York, Boston, Chicago, Detroit and Philadelphia. ![]() In real life it's a GP Madison and not from the 1930's. ![]() ![]() |

In fact the GP Madison(appeared since 1981 circa)was one of many kit-cars inspired at models of past(so no a replica inspired to a given model)born in UK;made by GP Concessionaires Ltd.,that Firm does initially buggies powered with VW Beetle engines;also the Madison(that will arrive after the 1979 GP Talon,a gullwing-doors'futurible-styled sports car, also that with VW--or Porsche 914--engines)will fit the VW flat-boxer powerplant,in 1200 cc.version,at back, like the "donor car" of engine and floorpan(for that reason the bootlid was at front in the space of body that usually was occupied by engine). Stylistically talking, the car had a vague inspiration(especially into fake grille)at something of old Packards(into fiction the grille is vertically-barred,while Madisons had a bee-hive grille originally) -- Last edit: 2007-01-09 20:05:14 |

I currently own two GP Madisons here in the UK and often show them at shows. They maybe a little underpowered by todays standards but have the class and looks to stop a crowd. |
