 Perhaps, but if one compare with European spec models, this has to be at least a GLE.
Usually painted lower bumpers and chrome on the side strip means either 1988+ 740 GLE or pre 1988 760.
The alloys points towards 1986 or 1987 MY, but could easily have been changed.

I don't know if there is chrome on the wheel arch? If so this is probably a 760.
