The wheels look pre-war. But the bonnet, the stone guards and chrome strips on the doors are post-war... 1947+ 11 BL. |

Agreed Mike, but in my opinion, the wheels aren't pre-war "Pilote" type but from Forest Belgium Citroën plant. |

Yes, or they are from March to May 1950. During these months Citroën used perforated wheels as the normal plain wheels were not available because of a strike in the wheel factory. These 1950 surrogates had 12 holes, the Belgian wheels had 15 holes. |
