I've never understood why it's CDN rather than CND. Wouldn't it make more sense to put the consonants in the order they actually appear? |

I think S1 with 4.2 rear badging. A CND S2 would have US-style sidemarkers. |

Foe me at least, "CDN" has a similar look to the name "Canada" than CND. |

It was probably for "Canadian" rather than "Canada" originally, hence why the N at the end. |
