Made only in 1957 and 1958, it's the equivalent of the Chevrolet Cameo Carrier / GMC Suburban Carrier and was the precursor of the Sweptline bed. Rather rare indeed. The '57-'58 Dodge Sweptlines are also the only production pick-ups that featured tailfins. As eLMeR's thumbs show, the truck also had a very car-like front end. |
