As Transit came out Oct 65 this would be brand spanking new. Plate is a 1962/3 Essex combination, so probably a factory show plate. I smell pre-production and product placement. |

dsl quite right, as ever. In the late '60s Ford seemed to be past masters at getting their their new vehicles on the small screen in particular, in dramatic productions. I remember Father's similar observation, before 'product placement' became a popular phrase. -- Last edit: 2016-07-08 04:05:08 |
