In the episode, the vehicle was a meth lab that was seized previously by the State Police and was later destroyed in this scene to show some State Police cadets why they shouldn't fire a teargas grenade when they conducting a raid on meth labs. As a result, the RV blew up with the remains of a body flying out and landing onto the front windscreen of a marked State Police patrol car. (After the body landed on the police car).
