dsl ◊ 2014-08-13 15:13	Changeover date in UK from R8 to 8 was Oct 65 (also for R4 => 4). Which is convenient as it means we should only have 16 - never R16 - and just 10 with no R10. R3 was dropped earlier, so no plain 3 should exist.
