 1957-59 Dodge or DeSoto, IMHO.

 As it has got the tail fins of a Plymouth, the front end of a '57 Dodge, and the trim is pure 1957, this is an export only 1957 Dodge Kingsway De Luxe 4 door sedan, probably assembled in Canada for export purposes.
