 Rare four door hearse by Coachcraft Engineering. That's what it looks like without the guy leaning against it.

Edit: Correction - this is still a coachwork by Spanmor Conversions. Coachcraft took over the company in 1990 and claimed "continuing Spanmor excellence" in their advertising.
