tore-40 ◊ 2014-09-04 22:54	Some inconsistency in sources but: -The black plastic D-pillar vent cover was introduced well into the 1981 model year; you may find 1981 with either the metal vent or the plastic one -The watercooled petrol engine was introduced for the model year 1983, but some markets kept the aircooled version through model year 1984 -The diesel engine was introduced into the model year 1981, but this is not a diesel anyway. That leaves a sure MY1981-82 , may be a 1983.
