FEH 822 was early 38 Stoke plate, fleet no. 147. May be the same as this a few seconds later - if not, what's this one? |

I don't think they are the same, the white stripe along the side of the bus in the thumb doesn't show in the main picture. I'm no expert on these, the Potteries had one main bus company, Potteries Motor Traction, and many small independents some of whom bought strange and wonderful buses from all over the place, some of which were new when purchased which is unusual. The white stripe suggests PMT, and the bus is probably a Leyland Tiger which was the favoured saloon of the time. The rear view may be PMT again, but no idea what it is. |
