Classic Motor Carriages (sometimes shortened CMC) of Miami, Florida, was the manufacturer - 'Classic Tiffany' is the model name of this Neo-Classic, based on Mercury Cougar chassis. I once did some research on these vehicles for a customer who tried to sell one. Classic Motor Carriages also built the Gazelle (Mercedes-Benz SSK Replica) and was a major provider of Porsche 356 Speedster replicas.
