 Probably a 1937 Wolseley Eighteen.

Possibly something else Wolseley, but picture not clear at rear of car, or of the wheels.

In this scene, with my face pressed to screen I could decipher the first three letters of the plate as EAL. Second thumb from the 1.01 set has last three as 898 so...
