Looking at the size of the wheels compared to the Cadillac, I'd say it's larger than a 922. Probably a 944 - /vehicle_18143-Caterpillar-944-A.html - or maybe a 966. |

I agree the problem with this 60s CAT loaders are that they had same design , I describe them like SHOES , same thing juast different sizes which makes it hard to ID exact model |

A little clearer image shows it is probably 966 A, as suggested by @CougarTim above, "6" in the middle being partially eroded. Final symbol is definitely "A": ![]() |
