It's definitely a Chevrolet. From the badge on the car I'd say it's a bel air, although not sure. Notice how the first uppercase letter appears to be a B and the second uppercase letter an A.

The badge says Bel Air. I'd say a 1974

I doubt this is a 1974, look at the year of this episode...

Like I said, this is a 1971-72 BelAir

That's how the BelAir badges were... I remember when I was in elemenntary school, the father of one of my classmates had a dark green '73 BelAir 4 door sedan and it had the exact same badges. It was rusted out but I liked that car very much! She didn't as most other classmated laughed at her father's car! I wished that my father had a car like that instead of his 1984 Jetta Diesel...

It's a '71 Bel Air. The 400 numerals are in the spot unique to the 1971 models. In 1972 the numerals were slanted, contained no red paint and were mounted ahead of the front wheel openings.

For 1973 only the Impala Custom Coupe or the Bel Air / Impala wagons could carry the 400 badges (Caprices didn't use the 400 numerals except when the 402 big block was optionally specified in 71/72). In '73 the 400 numerals would have been ahead of the front wheels but low down, just above the low front side marker lights exclusive to the 73s.

It also looks very close to being a '74, except the 400 numerals and Bel Air nameplate would have been a touch higher on the fender and carry no red paint. The new shoulder belts for '74 would have been in view if it were a '74. Hubcaps are definitly 1968-73 standard dog dish.
