VIN: MNTVCUD40A0019480 - MN equates to Thailand. Those built in Spain start with V. In Australia, 4-door dual cabs were initially imported exclusively from Spain (introduced in December 2005). In 2008, Thai-built single cab and king cab variants were introduced, and the entry-level 4-door "RX" model switched production from Spain to Thailand. Basically, after 2007, you can distinguish the Spanish and Thai-built models simply by looking at the mirrors. Spanish models had indicators in the mirrors, while Thai models did not. Also, Thai-built models never received the facelift that the Spanish-built models got in 2010. As seen here, this 2011 model has the old pre-facelift grille. Also, note that the 4-door RX cab chassis variant seen here was new for 2011. It also had steel wheels, whereas RX models from 2008-2010 all came with alloys. -- Last edit: 2019-12-04 00:56:47 |
