 I suspect 1939+ Skoda 150 or its later mutation, the 1946+ Praga A150. (They were also sold under Aero brand IIRC.)

EDIT: I see now the cab has non-suicide doors, it means it is 1947-1951 Praga A-150 (same rebranded vehicle after minor changes).
