E911 EBL is a SILVER Porsche 911 Carrera COUPE so perhaps not this car?

 81+ side indicators and turbo spoiler optional from 82, but nothing else diagnostic. Plate dates Sept 87 - Apr 88, and could not be issued any earlier, so has to be 88 Carrera Targa as shown (whatever plate may be on now).
