Something seems to be not original here, the small indicators had to be replaced by big one before introduction of these rounded side strips (in the late cars of the "103" model). The hubcaps are like in 1966+ 104. EDIT: this car has windscreen washers, hard to find any information about their introduction, but for sure early 104s didn't have them. In 1969 washers were added to Warszawas and in Syrena also were some changes in the summer of 1969, most possibly they were added around this time. EDIT 2: To Syrena washers had to be added earlier. Judging by the documents quoted in book "Syrena - samochód popularny FSO", it could be at the turn of 1966 and 1967.
