I'd assume that what we see on the front fender under the waist trim is a Norwegian side indicator and the shield badge? The shield badge was added for the 1965 MY and the rain gutter trim was discontinued for the 1969 MY. I would say 1965-1968 with incorrect 1957-1964 wheels. |

Can't be a side-indicator, these weren't applied until 1971. |
