This sort of 4-dr ('suicide' at the back) torpedo will be very difficult to ID, I suppose.

A pity, since it's Maigret's own car.

Maybe a Citroën 15 (there are five vents on the side of the hood)?

That was my first guess, but its hood just looks too long; note the distance between the radiator and the vent window closest to it... Also four-cylinder models seem to have had five-vent side panels (although the first window in the row looks like a dummy one), so I think the movie car is probably a 10 NH rather than a 15.
