Terribly fake. And also, I don't remember that the Carabinieriever used the 146 with official livery, although I remember some unmarked version used by the police. Shouldn't be the same also there? I know that in South Tyrol some plates are bilingual (eg. civil defence has plate PC/ZS for 'Protezione Civile/Zivilschutz'). Same thing should be for municipal polices, I really don't know for other ones, but I agree that probably Carabinieri plates are the same for all areas.
