Basically Herald 1200 features, however has 12/50 grille but not the 12/50 sunroof. It's possible that 12/50 grille was used on some export saloons in same way as occurred on convertibles after 63, but I've no info on this. Or maybe export 12/50s to cold countries did not have sunroof?? |

1966 bigger sidelights. Solid roof 12/50s were built in Belgium because the sunroof was externally supplied for UK cars and it was too much hassle to include the different roof on Belgian assembly line. So made in B is possible, although unproven that Coventry did not make closed 12/50s. |
