 I see it as a 1958 Studebaker Commander four door sedan.

 1958, indeed.
Angle precludes determining Champion vs Commander but President can be ruled out owing to side trim pattern and absence of a rear door vent window. The model name should be on the side of the fin but is missing.

A front view would reveal the model.
