As this model doesn't have side lights, I presume it's made before 1968, which leaves us with two possibilities: Either a 1962-65 Mercedes-Benz 220 SE Convertible or a 1966-67 Mercedes-Benz 250 SE Convertible. I believe the 220 SE had only one exhaust pipe while the 250 SE had two.
